I don't think its a female in the passenger seat. They put their hands on their face cause they smashed the steering wheel head first and are looking for blood. The drivers face smashed the windshield causing that nifty spider web in the top corner. They saw the bus and tried to stop. They weren't moving when the bus hit. Still no excuse for no seat belts and no helmets. A nasty accident none the less.

As bad as that is, I bet only one person on that bus was wearing their seatbelt (the driver) and a bus is a much larger open space in which to fly around if you are a passenger.
