Not my most recent purchase. But my most recent purchase that might be of interest here

Low mileage, autotragic, full euro spec including headlight levelling system (doesn't work). Completely stock aside from the wheels.

Will be building up to 15x7.5 in the rear and 15x7 in the front.
I might do 15x8 in the rear depending on engine swap decision in the 2002 project.

                    phreshkid, question for ya...

I have the same rims on my car. A previous owner, alexd on this forum, cleaned them up and powder-coated them in this grey colour. The rims are awesome.

My question is, how do pull the centre caps off without bending them or marring the finish on the rims? Unlike other rims where the centre cap unscrews, these just pop straight on or off and are held in place by a rubber O-ring that fits into a groove on the rim. Mine fit so snug that it's a real bear to pry them off again. I've taken to using the rims without the centre caps in place because I'm afraid I won't be able to get them off again if I ever had a flat somewhere.

                    Any tips? Anyone?

Harbor Freight sells a plastic flat-headed tool used to help remove trim pieces. It is essentially a kit with various shapes and sizes of strong plastic. This is good for wedging in between the metal wheel and the plastic center cap, seeing as how powdercoat is strong, you wouldn't be damaging the rim itself.

This is how I plan on attacking this situation.
