I lift weights, just wanted to throw that in there, but the problem existed before i did two years ago. I sleep on my arm, it would be easy just to tell myself not to do it but you cant control that in your sleep lol
It started hurting before that, and laying on my arm aggravates it and am sure was the start of it all.
Regardless im 99% sure its the rotor cuff, i even feel it when doing specific exercises, i dont have insurance so going to a doctor is out of the question;)
Possible to rehab it on its own? Doesnt hurt per se, just uncomfortable. The worst part is, is that its my "good shoulder" that has this issue :hitler:
