Any Mac users running windows emulators?

So I just got a Mac and I was wondering if any of you guys know about what has to be done to run a windows emulator? I want to install some PC specific games on the mac and I'm pretty much a newb when it comes to this kind of stuff, I know its possible I just haven't seen or messed with any of this kinda thing since high school.

I know I know google search etc. I was just trying to see if anyone in the community had any step by step instructions or had done this already.

    Thanks.

I've kinda fallen out of the loop as far as Mac stuff goes these days but I'd look into Apple's Bootcamp which is free and will run Windows natively on your mac.

These links may help you out

Learn how to use Boot Camp Assistant to install Windows on your Intel-based Mac.

If you want to run games that require, well, really any 3D, you need to use Bootcamp. Otherwise, Parallels.

I have Windows 7 on my MBA but it is weird using it as the keyboard mapping isn't 100% the same.

Best one I've found is Wineskin. Bootcamp you will have to restart each time which is annoying if you just want to play a quick game and Parallels runs like poop.

Takes some playing with to get things to run correctly but you can get community made wrappers for a lot of games.

do bootcamp, just be careful that you partition the harddrive properly. i had to go through hard drive basically bit by bit and recover everything when i screwed up the first time
