Where to buy plaid seat fabric?

I'm considering buying some knockoff GT3 seats for my Boxster (which is blue with white trim) and recovering the center of the seats with a fabric similar to the gullwing fabric shown below. Any idea where I could find stuff like this? I'm a little stumped. Think I'm making a terrible mistake?
