as long as it does not look like you are missing the lights you should be fine. how is the cop gonna know if your car came with them or not? in cali. they overlook a lot of stuff like this, but only- because if you try and talk your way out of, lets say a speeding ticket, they have a whole list of stuff they can become anal about and wright you up for.
