I just checked out litecoins and seems like I may switch, but is it not possible to mine for both? Maybe run my cpu for litecoins and run the gpu for bitcoins? I'm unsure how well litecoins will take off...
Oh and I won't purchase anything from them until I see their product and results from them after a couple months. I will not give them my money now.

BFL is a scam. DO NOT buy anything from them. Also switch over to litecoin mining, your spending more money in electricity.
Gonna hit 200 this week.

Finally got my temporary bitcoin miner setup. Got a Radeon 7870 1100mHz card running @ 400mHash/s. So far after 4 days, .04 btc lol. I think I will be purchasing the BFL BitForce 5 GH/s SC to do the real mining when it is released. I don't find it to be very beneficial to purchase a shitload of cards and build a rig when these machines will easily do the same amount of hashing at a fraction of the cost.

Anyone know the best way to buy in via cash? I don't want to supply my banking information.

Just ordered the parts for a $3k rig. I'll be averaging $125/day based on their current value.
And yes Herbivor, I've cashed out well over $1,000 with PLETY more to go.Last edited by Rsully70sev; 04-05-2013, 06:32 AM.

There are plenty of people who are doing that.
Ive already made about 300 bucks in 3 days just doing Litecoin business on btc-e
The BTC price already has that speculation built into it.

Obviously they're all just speculations, but who knows. If you're alredy in, you're in a good place, especially if you got in early and don't have loads of your own money invested.
Has anyone hear cashed in and made thousands of dollars in profit yet? Just curious.
