Considering I'm about to embark on a project that involves modeling most of an E30, and will be paying for help, it would be a good time to be good at CAD.Comment

CAD's a bitch, working with it right now and ripping my hair out. But pretty good way to make money without moving. Heres a handy list to get you started on something you might interested in:
-2d modeling, which is just lines for plumbing and stuff (AutoCAD)
-3d models for development, like car parts (Soildworks)
-Full rendering software for like architecture, if you can learn it do this one as it will be the future... (Revit)Comment

I think we pay about $1500 for each seat of the real deal autocad. It's cool because we can expense it off. I used revit in school but we only do engineering where I work now so we don't need all the fancy full set of plans architecture stuff.
There are a lot of calling/help desk type stuff options for online retailers- example~ amazon.com
You don't actually have to be in their 'store' to answer phones/emails and help people with their orders. amazon was just an example but pretty much any online store, even ebay people might be into it if you explain your situation and appear motivated. Ask you friends that work at places if you might be able to do something like this for them~ anywhere that sells anything might need this. You might find something easier than you think.
We have a bunch of bead/craft stores here~ I had an idea to make them websites and put some of their stuff online to try and sell it for them... and take a little cut for myself obviously.
Or you can just play banjo on the street in a wheelchair~ if you don't look like a hobo people will sometimes give you money.
