I like the 4 runners. I may try one of those down the line once I sell my Jeep XJ, I'm sure the 4 runner is more reliable but my Jeep had treated me pretty well.

This is a good friend of mine that works out of the bike shop my dad rides from. Can't remember what stuff he's got done to it and I don't see it that often as hes at SPSU.

85 toyota dolphin with the 22re at/od 89k miles. Dually 1 ton. Gets 19 mpg on the freeway.

got a pic with the e30 in here somewhere.

It doesnt really get more dope than this. Theres nothing quite like the feeling of having a truly reliable vehicle all up to date on maintenance. You can worry about something else breaking down, or not really care if it does.

                      Here's my 1985.
The good: starts pretty reliably, frame is still good, solid front axle
The bad: rust, exhaust leak, cant park on a hill even in gear, very unstable, lubricated brakes from axle leak.

Turns more heads than anything I've driven. Best mod was seats from a accord.

You forgot the ram-your-spine-through-your-skull suspension. Great feature.

I'm surprised at how fast they rust.

Thats a safety feature. Warns that you are going too fast for road conditions.

We were not on the road. We were in a field of daises, frolicking.

Maybe Rovers frolick, but Toyotas are less tame. They destroy everything in their path and leave behind a trail of broken vertebra and oxidized metal.
