I dont know what Navy boot camp is like but guys that got shit like that while I was in Marine Corps boot camp got called out, humiliated and made fun of. One dude got 2 huge chocolate hershey bars from his mom for Christmas. The DI's made him stand on a table, hung tinsel all over him and made him eat both chocolate bars and guzzle canteens full of warm water until he puked all over the place.. I would send him nothing
