Growing your hair out

I've seen two or three nice e30s around campus, but I think we are the extent of R3v up here. I just got around to changing my location from Tucson to Flag.

I live pretty close to the mall, but I'm almost always on/around campus.

is the guy with the Euro E30 still around? You guys never see me,because i drive a Euro e28.

I usually notice the e28s as well, but I've only seen one US spec and it looked pretty beat. I haven't seen the henna euro e30 around since last semester.

Been growing mine out for the last 8 months ( wife said she liked the long hair I had 20 years ago ), it's in the real fucking pain in the ass length right now. There's a costume party coming up in a month and then Holoween, I may cut it into a righteously awesome Mohawk for a couple of weeks before I hack it all off again.

How do you guys with long hair look after your hair?
I'm pretty new to this. My hair's getting pretty long now.
I take 2 showers per day on average (double-day workouts) and when I dry my hair in the shower, I get hair strands on the floor.
Also, my hair likes to get caught in knots now so when I comb it sometimes, I wind up pulling a few strands out. It get's all over the sink and it's pretty annoying.

What am I doing wrong? Should I be conditioning it and shit?
I've been using pert plus for the last 20 years. I don't know anything else.

Help me out guise. :(

at one point in my life mine was down to my waist. wore it in a braid. now being a chef in ac if it gets too long it's just a pain. so if i see i'm blunting, i just get it knocked back a little.

I'm not sure about that 2in1 stuff but "100%" Shampoo twice a day will definitely dry it out and yes you should use some conditioner!

I got my first hair cut in 8 years a couple weeks ago and getting trims will help it look healthy and grow better. Supposedly you're not supposed to shampoo it every day but i did and i used conditioner so that i could actually brush it, it helps a lot

I kept mine in a pony tail for the last few years but I would say shampoo it every other day and condition it every day..

In my experience, I don't like the 2-in-1 things. They seem to do both things with mediocrity so I would rather have two separate things that do it well. Mane n' Tail conditioner rocks!

I've had hair down passed my butt. If you are washing your hair with shampoo once a day you should be conditioning it too. You're drying it out not doing that. Buy a deep conditioner and let it sit for a minute or two and rinse with cool water. Your hair will be soft, silky, and amazing. Sarah Jessica Parker will be mad jelly.

So I went and bought some new different shampoos and conditioners today.
Gonna give them a try and report back lol.
