trim on the side looks like a B to me so Biscayne.
they were just trim options anyway, so it very well could be a mix of the two
55-57 Chevys are all mixed up over the years from 150s to BelAirs, to 210s and so on. -
after a 2 second google search, it is def. Biscayne beltline trim on the sides of the car.Comment

its a Del ray due to the chrome. but it could be a Biscayne with added on chrome. but the Biscayne is the lower model AKA less chromeComment

Delrays had very little trim, on the sides they had a thin strip unlike the Biscayne that was a little more fancy like what the OP posted. They are both sedans and the Biscayne got stainless trim around the side windows just like the OPs picture where the Delray was cheap and had no trim, just plain ol body color.
