    Something out of the ordinary

    Lets talk music here.

There are a lot of us members on here who obviously listen to a vast types of music. Most of which could possibly be considered "mainstream". I'll define this as the typical types of music or patterns that most commonly show up. Such as Classic rock, Rock, Techno, Electronic, Dubstep, and so on. I listen to all these types of music. I dont like to stay close minded about one type and just listen to that. It gets old very quickly.

But is there anyone here that listens to something thats completely out of the ordinary? It does not have to be on a daily basis, just as long as you can listen to it. For some reason, I LOVE listening to classical piano music. It really helps me connect with myself and reflect on things. Its almost like I can focus much better. Im actually listening to Piano Sonata #14 on pandora while typing this. I dont have any friends that do this, but its not something I hide either. I tell people I listen to this kind of stuff.

So is there something out of the ordinary that you listen to?
If you dont, why not try?

Ill end by saying "ordinary" should be defined in your own terms. Something out of your norm in terms of what you commonly listen to.

I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

I consider it out of the ordinary since I don't know anyone who listens to classical piano for the heck of it.

I have a few I would consider out of the ordinary, but hard to really know as it just depends on who I'm around.

I happen to love Kreayshawn, Yelawolf, The Cool Kids, I'm big PSY fan(and before you ask, I hate Gangnam Style), Tears for Fears, Maximum The Hormone, A- Pink, Secret, Lady Sovereign, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu(<3), Die Antwoord, Seeed, Yelle, and I absolutely freaking love tradition and newer/ inder folk.

Again, not all "out of the ordinary", but take it as you will.

I tip my hat to you sir. I takes a true listener to see the sweet beats these guys make. It definitely took me a while to get used to their stuff, but I listen to them on a daily basis. My friends dont like it, which i can see why. Its takes acquired taste.

Definitely, I only like a few of their songs right now, but I definitely like them. I usually hate new bands/ artists at first, because I think that my music taste is already perfect

I can pretty much listen to every song on "The Bake Sale" album and their mix tape. I normally dont like rap artists that do nothing but talk about how cool they think they are, but these guys approach it in a different fashion. It dosent consistently mention bitches, hoes, drugs, and money. Plus their word choice is much more vast that other rappers. I can respect that vocabulary yo.
