    I'm not.
It all depends. I'd save money if I ditched the 330is and just rented a new 328i every 3 years. Hell, if I did that, I wouldn't need the M3 either. And then I could have a heated steering wheel, which is a real plus.

And at the low single digit rates that are available right now, it makes sense to take advantage. Assuming, of course that they are available to you. It's a funny time right now - you have to be able to show W2 income to qualify for many loans (auto lenders tend to be more flexible on this point). It's a real problem for, say, people like my parents, who have plenty of assets, but don't have W2 jobs.

Ok. Debt is a double edged sword as has been mentioned.

Personally I have good credit, and have been very very very deep in the hole because of it. I learned some important lessons about 6 years ago and took about 4 years to dig back out from it, my scores are still little bruised from those lessons too but still above 720. I. Will never and I mean never go into debt again with out liquid/invested assetets to more than cover the price of what ever I am buying, including a home or property, I am just working and saving for that. I have learned that debt with out the cash to cover it = slave to the bank to make that payment.

Once you get ahead of your self and not in debt up to your fucking eyeballs you get a differant perspective on life and work. To bad nearly everyone entering the workforce is saddled with a massive debt load out of the gate.
