    where to go in Austin?

I'm headed tot he F1 race in November and have never been to Austin before.
What's not to miss? We'll be at the race diring the day but we'll have thursday, friday and saturday nights open.

    And especially, where to eat?

    TIA

Sounds like I should get a small R3V on track meet going, maybe during Practice or something.

BBQ: The Salt Lick in Round Rock & The County Line on 2222.

      Pizza: Homeslice on S Congress

      Burgers: Hopdoddy on S Congress

You'll be a couple miles away from all of the action on 6th Street if you feel like scoping out drunk UT babes & drunk fights breaking out.

The area near UT called 'The Drag' isn't too terrible either to hang out after dinner, for drinks or to chill.
