Speed readers, how many on here?

i did this this week for class im a tad rusty but im

at 475-500wpm with a 90% comprehension rate didn't think that was too bad

I wish i could read that fast...university would be SO much easier. I am pretty slow and typically have to re-read everything if I want to get a good grasp on the context. I could read a lot faster if I didn't speak it all out in my head, think about the meaning behind it (philosophy/psychology major), and then try to write notes about it all.

Never timed myself, but i'm a pretty quick reader. Its not uncommon for me to get through a 400-600 page novel in a day or two, and for whatever reason I retain a lot of the details. Really helped getting through all the stupid books we had to read in school :)

My wife is a speed reader,think she said about 900 words a minute she reads. Pisses me off lol.

At around 250 words per page, she does a bit less then 4 pages a minute then. That's 15 seconds a page. So around 2.5 hours to read harry potter.

I can read Harry potter : deathly hallows in 30 seconds flat. In any language u want.
Ask me about the book and i will be able to answer it...
Too easy to fake it.
