    I do crash testing.

These are screen grabs from my one moment of fame appearing on the old "Popular Mechanics for Kids" show (PMK) starring then 15-yr-old, but already beautiful and talented, Elisha Cuthbert.

Engineer for a manufacturing company, we have several lasers and a building full of CNC machines, and specialize in short lead time projects. Anything from one-offs to runs of several thousands. And yes, I get to make parts for my car at work. Seriously awesome perk.

If you need anything made or laser cut, hit me up.

Aircraft structures for the Air Force, so....relatively small metal work jobs. Major stuff gets sent third line for the shops who can spare a handful of guys to spend a month+ on one job, we don't have that luxury nor the money to facilitate huge jobs.

Unnecessarily tight tolerance part, 0.010" for sheet metal work is ridiculous but the drawing says it so I gotsta deliver!

Tech Writer, write Operation, Calibration and Troubleshooting manuals for Crane LMI systems. Also take care of AutoCAD, BOM's, Engineering Change Requests, helping build and test our new prototype reeling drum.

It's kinda boring, but few people are good at it, so it pays well.

                                thanks man.

the an225 is the biggest heaviest airplane ever made. only the spruce goose had a bigger wing span but this thing is longer and carries exponentially more weight.

it was originally designed and built to carry the russian version of the space shuttle. they built one and were in the process of building a second when the soviet union crumbled. the first one crashed a couple years ago. i believe it was a total loss. i think the one in my photo above was the second one that they apparently finished building recently. so, basically, there is only one.
