    Help: Getting a paypal account

Ok, I am a total newbie at this. I was looking
up to open a paypal account, but then i saw that there
are different types of accounts. I was wondering what type
of account should I open if I was to buy and sell stuff to people.

so in other words do i want a Personal Account or a Premier Account?

depends how much you use it, if not very often personal is fine, I quickly had to upgrade to a premium acount as I use it a lot, and have to accept large payments sometimes.
