Officemax.. not sure how they do it there but I worked at OD for a bit and they install a "controlled" version of Windows "x" on their systems. Maybe they did not uninstall it when they sold it to you.

lol, i didnt get a dedicated gpu because that would be a 800$ plus laptop, or id have a Asus u36sd with a nvidia 410m a i5 and 8gb of ram.

ill see if it came with a windows disk, if not ill have to find a download or something. thanks for the help all, i hope i can fix it.

store computers always have a bunch of shit that slows em down, my laptop ran like crap then i finally did a fresh install of win 8 when it came out and now its like a new machine.
