I would have gone for Lifetime and left for Thursday. It pains me that they even played a show with those fucking whiners.
It's a little different around here. I tend to go to Thursday shows now more for nostalgia sake, but in NJ we watched them rise up from the basement show scene in New Brunswick - just like Lifetime, Saves the Day, and a few other notables. I first saw Thursday something like six years ago - it's a shame how much the crowd has morphed into a bunch of mall dwelling losers.
