I miss waking up, going to the garage and starting my car. Spooling up the turbo down my neighborhood street and waking the neighbors up. Drifting around in the rain hearing my BOV go nuts..
I can't believe i sold it. :cockbloc:

O well guess its time to get another one, restore it, and put a 2jz engine with a massive single turbo in it, wire tuck, and a crap load of chrome engine component parts..

P.S. this is NOT a hint towards a possible upcoming build of mine. pshhh*wink wink*:twisted:

Kind of a fucked up family story....i had mine for about 3 years, paid $2500 for it, and at least another $1500 in for maintence, wheels, etc. So about $4000 all in.

Brother-in-law needed a cheap car, sold it to him for $2000. He said he was going to keep it for a while, and let his son drive it when he's 16, so about 4 years from now.

Asked him to let me know if he wanted to wanted to sell it before then, because i'd probably buy it back.

Well, skip to about 6 months later, he txts and says that some guy wants to buy it from him for $4000, tell the guy I have first dibs on it, and asks me if I want to buy it back for $4000.

WTF, man?!

No more family deals with them.

I got rid of all mine, missed e30s so much, then bought a mint 100% all original alpine 325is. I'd trade it in a heartbeat for a 70 chevelle ss however..

Why would anyone want a '70 Chevelle? They are big boats that have a big motor and handle like crap. Big deal, nothing special, just another American boat that handles like crap, stops like crap. Assuming I had one, I'd trade the thing away for something that drove well in a heartbeat.

Will
