              Tru dat.

A girl in my dorm picked up a SAD desk light about half-way through the semester, and she was absolutely positive that it made a noticeable difference in her mood and such. This was without vitamin D supplication too, so I'd say all that put together should be more than helpful.

I have a 30 lamp Vitamin D Tanning booth, I do 5-10min sessions a week, which is about 20,000 units a session. The average non deficient adult needs about 5,000 units a day.

Physically produced Vitamin D is far superior to supplement pill form.

SAD = Seasonal Affective Disorder, depression brought on by a lack of skin-absorbed sunlight due to the change in the seasons, more or less.

Also, I really don't get why people get so freaked out when someone mentions Ravenholm...I thought it was a raucous bit of fun launching the same saw blade at every single enemy throughout the stage

something about the zombies on fire with the reverse-spoken "OH GOD HELPP MEE UGHH" gave me a little bit of a shake now and then

I figured sad as in, light a candle, eat chocolate and cry because my boyfriend didn't call me back when I said that he shouldn't call me back type of deal... so I figured OP either fag.. or woman :jk:

                            no offense.

And while it is fun lighting "zombies" on fire on a daily basis, it is still a pretty freaky place

I have one - used it once - it's in a closet somewhere around here and likely is heading to goodwill when I get to spring cleaning.

Consult your doctor - but I take 10,000 IU's of vitamin D3 every morning... Do that for a few weeks and you'll notice a big difference in how you feel.
