I've had at least five pairs of these in this color 1 pair in grey and black and my newest in grey with neon green and white sole outline. Very comfortable and light, I'd say perfect for driving my e30

I am a total wacko when it comes to this topic. It used to be OG sal's from emerica (probably owned @ 20 pairs). Then MJ 1's from Emerica (20 pairs), then Rick Howard 1's from Lakai.
Now for skating I wear MJ's from Lakai, and for strolling it's gotta be the Dennis Busenitz from Adidas.
Most comfortable pair of Adidas yet. Like an upgraded Samba.
I think I currently have @ 10 pairs of them.

I still retain each of the a fore mentioned shoes plus many others still boxed. All in all, I probably have @ 40 pairs of shoes in my closet. 20 of which are OG skateshoes in boxes. OG kostens, Sal's, Kerry Gets, MJ's, Howards, Kareem Cambells.... Many more. A couple of years ago, I financed my e30's re-wrapped interior by selling 2 pairs of mj1's and 3 pairs of OG kostens... I think the Kostens brought @ $175 each, and the MJ's were @ 200 each.
It's silly. This is my shoe closet 2 years ago. You can't see the top shelves, but they are lined with @ 10 boxes of backups. Currently, the drawers and baskets have been removed to make more room for shoes. The white pair on the bottom left of the closet is a super rare pair of MJ1's, white hard leather with drab green "M's". I don't even want to know how much that pair is worth in the skateboard world. I have worn them a handful of times over the past 10 years as well as the OG pair of Sal's on the top right, next to an original pair of McCranks. Like I said, it's silly.

I've been wearing Chucks since I was 16, I'm now 33. They use to last longer when they was made in the USA. They fall apart in notime now :/ I don't mind wearing them all day. And I'm on a concrete factory floor for 8 hours.

I had been wearing Superstars almost exclusively for the last 15 years. Kinda surprised they weren't mentioned.
Oh well, I had no style anyway.

Cheap $25/pair no name lace ups when they are on sale BOGO.

Fuck wearing nice shoes to work and wearing them out when I can get 6 most out of one pair, and a free pair to last the next 6 months.
