                      Oh man, who's excited for Aussie V8 Supercars to come to the Circuit of the Americas down in Texas? I know I am, and now the race has an official name: the Austin 400, which will run on a shortened 2.3-mile section of the track in just two months.

                              I was tempted to go until I was told that lodging would be more than the ticket. Even the shitty roach motels are double or even triple their normal price. Too much for my broke ass.

                                          AWESOME. It was fun to watch on tv and interesting to see the shorter layout of the track. That is a serious drop-off in the section that connects the esses to the back straight.

                                                  Just watched the races this morning, looked amazing. That track has surprised me, I didn't think it would be as exciting of a layout as it has been.
