    re the misinformation posted by the LEO apologist in post 168- no, it was san bernardino sheriff dept that prosecuted the burn. and the deputy killed was SBD also. big bear is out of RivCo jurisdiction as much as it it out of LAPD's.

    it was a disappointing end given his boasting in the manifesto. media claimed he had a barrett .50- what happened to it? that could have been used to good effect. probably another LAPD scare tactic to inflame the public against him.

      All I'm saying if the media caught word of our soldiers or Marines burning down a building to kill a bunch of terrorist there would be a full investigation. Young American faces would be plastered all over the tv and polititions would be calling for action.
