    R3V Weight maintainance thread?

    for years after highschool, I was a mere 138ish lbs.

    Then universit yhit and I started weight training, and just got fat from all the bar food crap I was eating.

    After body building, I was able to maintain a nice 147-150ish weight with less than 10% body fat at any given time.

    For diet, considering I've vegan, I eat mostly fresh veggies and fruits. I also eat things for my additional protein intake such as pumpkin seed protein, and other naturan, non animal derived sources of protein.

    I have also been keeping up with the weight lifting, but have started incorporating more cardio into my workouts and have been feeling REMARKABLY better.

    I find on this diet, I am much more relaxed, even just after a work out. It's like I jsut got up from taking an afternoon nap (even more relaxed to be honest.)
    If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

    I think we can effectively merge all these threads into the main one and just rename the original..

      but seriously, I think we need a thread for those who are content with their current weight and bmi

      In it we can share habits that have helped us stay consistant at the weight we are at.

      I'm perfectly happy at 150lbs, being 5'8" I find it's easily enough supported by my skeletal frame (no broken bones, no sore back or joints etc.)
      If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!
