Need Help looking for a place to stay in SoCal

In the Newport Area (or anywhere else in that area) for the Mar 21st to 26th time frame.

My GF and I are looking for a place to stay that has a kitchen for about 150ish per night (no pets, no smoking). Unfort. most places are booked up and we really don't need anything like an actual "hotel" as we would rather make our own meals (no real b&b either).

If anyone knows of anything that woudl suit our needs thats in our price range, heck we'll even throw up to about 200 per night (I know it can get MUCH more expensive), we'd be more than happy

Extended stay hotels usually have what your looking for and are usually pretty cheap. There is one near John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana about 15 minutes away maybe. Has rooms when you are there rolling at $88/night. That was with a simple search extended stay newport beach and was the first thing to pop up. I'm sure searching similiar will bring in some more details of other options near by.

Looks like extendedstayamerica.com has many other options showing in the area. Long beach, huntington beach, anaheim etc. all about the same cost.

I have spent like 1 night at an extended stay once and it was definately limited in what it had going on but it was the only option when I needed a room once. Sometimes they aren't necessarily the most updated or in the best area either from what I understand so search reviews.

We ended up finding a place in Laguna Beach. It's a bit of a drive from LA, but then again, we don't wanna do the DT LA thing again. It was fun b4, now it's just annoying.
