Hey guys, I have a vintage Realistic System Seven Receiver (model is STA-7) that I've owned for about 12 years. Recently it started with a loud air raid kind of noise each time I turned it on. This sound would eventually go away after a few seconds. However today it decided to just stay on and keep blaring away. It still plays whatever input I have plugged in over the loud noise but it does not go away! I've looked online and have found a few forums but they don't look like they will amount to much. I know its a shot in the dark but I figure someone on here has to be an home audiophile with experience dealing with these systems.. Anyone know if Luke messes with home audio?
