We got down to Danville early so I had time for 4 laps. I'm closing the gap on the M3 now, it's starting to make sense.

I should learn this too, I guess. I tried it once for a minute and it seemed super awkward to be pushing buttons all over the controller, but I guess that's stubbornness. I wonder how much difference it makes...

You can set the clutch to the 'a'button. Then its super easy to mash 2 butttons at once to shift up and down. You don't even notice after 2 races or so

Ha. So this is pretty startling. Three laps with the clutch pedal, broke 1:24.

          1:23.969

The stupid thing is just plain old faster now, even down straights. I don't get that, but whatever.

Sorry guys, I've been completely exhausted by the races this weekend. Remembered it was Saturday night and decided to see what's been up. I only had time for a few laps, but it went well:

Been absent for the last few, mostly due to forgetting about them until Sunday. But I just put down a few laps, quickest I hit was 1:27.884. Had a few quicker ones but they were dirty. I know I could drop another second or so, if only I could be smoother in a few corners.
