Guys i'm pretty sure everyone knows there's no "M2". Thanks to the captain obvious tards. It's commonly referred to that as an enthusiast thing like how some people on here say they have a "332i" for a s52 swapped e30.

Would still remove the badge, it just does not sit well with me. I think I am just the type that does not badge normal e30s with an M badge. Same thing with this 2002, it is a total beast and better than an e30 m3 in every way.

Yep Agree with you there, my dad just so happens to have what we refer to as an M2:
Has a Metric Mechanic 2.5L s14 race motor with dogleg Getrag 265 and weighs about 850kg (1870lb)
