"rare" e30 on craigslist?!

am I missing something or is this guy crazy? don't want to offend anyone on here if this is their craigslist ad but I have ZERO idea why this would make any sense... "rare" e30? for a 325 vert with ~200k? I mean aside from the interior (with the exception of the wheel, not a fan), nothing looks attractive or rare about this car at all to me. and for almost $5k? never in a million years would I buy it... maybe I am missing something here, thoughts? http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv...744273224.html
