    Adrenaline causing spinal "pain"

I haven't really thought about it, but today during some "spirited driving" in the god's charriot, I got an adrenaline rush and back pain. It's not really pain, more like when someone is massaging around your spine. Seems to come only after the adrenaline rush calms down. Like during track days, the pain doesn't kick in until after the 25min block.
Found this and it seems pretty common http://www.steadyhealth.com/Pain_in_...s_t205538.html

    Anyone here have similar symptoms?

similar to james may's "fizzing" sensation?

Similar, but iirc fizzing effected James May's pravate parts.

i have had the same thing occuring myself for about the last 8 years or so (im only 25). Something happens, big surge of adrenaline, and then my lower back has pain and extreme stiffness. lasts up to 3 minutes, mostly around 45 secs or so

i thought it was slightly odd, but not weird enough to see a doctor about

edit: i cant recall it happening while standing or moving, only while seated. 99% of the time it was while driving, but how often do you get an adrenaline rush while sitting on your couch?

I've never experienced pain, but it often triggers euphoric episodes that can be extremely intense.
          Different strokes for different folks.

Same thing happens to me. The back pain, not the fizzing.

                It's probably cancer.

So if you were to drive a 500hp e30 around a track would that adrenaline snap your spine?
