Sooo....you inspired me to buy a King Cobra and try. I can't get it to 700hp without going way into the R3 class, but here's my time with a paltry 491hp:

So to get the max power I ran with no areo at all.

Hmm. I did tires, suspension, and drivetrain, but most of those add-ons are only a few points each. I was at like 774 including those, which seemed like way too much. I didn't use any aero on either of the cars I made.

So Ive tuned a few cars this one is pretty fun to drive.
If anyone wants Ill send you the tune files and you can have a go.

That Nissan is terrifying to drive. I got pretty close to my Mustang time, I can probably get a bit below that time if I work at it. I might just make another car though.

That was one of two tunes. The AWD one is easier to drive but not as fast as it lake 200hp.
You are open to any tune I have.

So you got me thinking with the Cortina, and I decided to build one up. Got it to S698 and this is how close I got after about 6 laps:

It's seriously challenging, but in a fun way. Just wonder if there's a way to get rid of the low-speed push...

Ooh Jesus, that's probably way worse. Definitely trying that next if I have time.
