    Nice ride.

Pick up a full set of new euro trim and you won't even have to waste time painting anything ;)

    Thanks man.

I know what you mean about the grille, and I have like 3 sitting around, one is even painted black, I just can't bring myself to ditch the chrome kidneys!

not bad for the resources, what it really needs is the kidney blacked to match the shadowlined trim, then you'll be good. good job at working with what you had.

    no flame from me.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but this is my car and just saw this now, and think I have a right to at least respond.

It's nice to know I got a 3 page thread full of nothing over my factory paintjob. Yes, that is factory gazellenbeige. The only parts repainted were the quarter panels and fenders, and no, they did not match. The doors, hood, roof, and trunk are all factory paint, and in mint condition. This car was waxed once a year and washed once a week since new (it has been in my family since 85).

I got done painting the car, and pulled the tape, and found the paint did not match. What do you want me to do, I got t-boned, got $700 from the guy, and that's all I had to work with. For $700 I'd like to see it done better. That includes a $300 quarter panel from BMW, $120 inner fender well, and $200 in paint. There's no labor costs... because I did it.

I know someone is going to be like "hey idiot nobody cares it's from january". I care.

i used to want those side skirts so bad, haha. I've never liked rear wings on four doors either.

Otherwise, I don't know what Jordan's problem is. It doesn't look at all pink to me. I would describe it as vanilla. Yum.

Actually, I really despise four dours with rear wings. He must die. :)

Yeah, if you think that has a shade of pink in it you're vision is shit.

And if you think that car isn't well maintained you're a fucking moron. There are so many E30 worse off then that. If it wasn't painted a gay ass color the car would be fine.
