I've tried Google translate but I'm not confident in the results so I'd rather ask someone real.

Also if you're familiar with German slang then that helps too.

I suppose I could, I just have a bunch of different things that need translating so I figured the thread would just get messy.

I am looking for the following...

German slang words or sayings for an old car? For example in English you could call an old car a clunker or a jalopy and it isn't really negative.

Do Germans say things like 'project car' and do they have something similar to a build thread on a forum? Do they say 'this is my new projekt auto' or do they have another way of saying it?
