Any Ferrari I get to see in person is cool, even a 400 auto. But I'm easy to please. I believe those plugs are for taking readings on each individual cylinders exhaust temp or a/f readings. Helps to have access to each cylinder when there are twelve of them to diagnose. You see these on motorcycles and high performance vehicles. My dads s38 header has one in each header pipe right at the upper flange.
