Can someone translate this Japanese? *Pic inside*

First off, I don't know if this is Japanese, Chinese, or some sort of Asian dialect from a different country. I apologize for my sub-par knowledge of Asian culture and language.

Anyways I bought some Asian artwork and pictures from a local furniture consignment store, and one piece has some phrase on it that I would like translated. If someone could please help that'd be great. Or maybe point me to website/forum that could help.

It's been bothering me for about a month now. HALP.

I'm totally gonna buy some big Japanese print that says "Go Fuck Yourself" and put that up in my living room.

Honestly I built it just to have a place to sit and listen to Hotline Bling on repeat.

Did it come with a picture or piece of art maybe framed together?

            This is Chinese no Japanese.

I reads roughly top to bottom the first three meaning it is a picture of pleasure or good picture, the 4th can't figure out and the last three saying ti is of bamboo, pines and a tower.
The last part at the bottom is an artists or authors mark for who ever did the work.

Basically you have a label for a piece of art.
