    Help me out - what are the saddest songs you can think of?

    I'm looking for fairly recent, nicely composed music that's either emotionally moving or flat out depressing. Hit me with whatever you've got.

    Here are some youtube examples so you know kind of what I'm looking for:











    That should give you a pretty good idea what I'm aiming for. Thanks!

              I'm going to beat you at your own game here -


              However, that's not exactly the style of music that I'm looking for. It's effing real though.

                  Look up the song 'All Rise' by A.A. Bondy. It's from that same album up there. First time I heard it I was tripping hard on mushrooms, it was the the warmest coziest thing I had ever heard in my life. Upon looking into the music days later and sober, the lyrics are actually really dark. That guy is super talented though you should check him out.



                  edit: cant find the song anywhere on youtube or similar sites. It was a bonus track. Buy the album!

                          David Gold is the lead singer, he was killed in a car accident.
                          They are Doom metal, so it is a slow depressed style of clean singing.
