Would it help to mention I've heard her on multiple occassions say that women are superior to men in every way?

I've caught her verbally abuse her husband on site in front of the team aswell

I'm not the type to burn bridges, no matter how horrible the human being, but I am definitely looking for the day I walk out and never go back

It is a trend for us young white middle class men to be marginalized in such situations. HAHA. But seriously I have really found this.

Just walk away, I've had a boss who was exactly the same. Would never miss a day of work, roll in at 3 am no problem, worked 11 hrs straight + overtime for 5 days straight once just cause HR was rolling through before an audit.. Still wanted to fire me over some bs and time cards; accused me of taking extended lunches. Last parts very true but never got caught on the clock.. Partially has to do with the fact they don't you climbing up the ladder and taking their position over at least in your case perhaps. By not giving you much structure to fall back on, it sets you up to fail. Maybe she's doing it cause she's trying to out you also? Who knows, obviously only one side of the story but some manger/bosses have mad ego trips.

It definitely appears that you're expected to do so much when not given the proper tools to do so. I absolutely hate it when employers pull the "We want to challenge you" card. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that in most cases, but in your situation when they have not trained you to do all your duties thats pretty much setting you up for failure. If it's anyone who dosent know how to properly do a job, its your manager and his wife.

It's great that you want to do your best at your job. I give you props for putting your all in that, but you need to asses if its worth putting your full effort into a job like such. It seems like a headache you dont need or deserve. You could be making a much bigger impact with your efforts somewhere else. If I were in that situation, I would get out of there. You will never excel if your superior is holding you back in any way.
I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

I had a boss once at this auto body shop I worked at several years ago. He owned the place and hated me, so I stopped showing up for work

I'm betting you work for a company that owns franchisee rights to a fast food brand.

I would contact the company that owns the franchise rights, and ask about management training regulations.

Its definitely a corporate franchise. The branches are individually owned and operated, but the corporation umbrellas the stores and owns rights to a percentage of profits.

At this point, and at this pay-scale, it's not worth the headache and hassle

10k a year? Jesus man. GET OUT OF THERE NOW. The perfect job for a student is waiting tables, or bar tending. You will double, if not triple your income and actually have some sanity left at the end of the day. I can almost guarantee you will be fired from this job anyway. RUN AND NEVER COME BACK

I have all my EMT accreditations and am applying for an EMT or ER Tech position at some of the local hospitals; currently volunteering and I have a few job offers I am pursuing currently, but no formal offer yet.

I'm hoping to be done with this in 2-3 months (or even earlier if I find a job) after my 5-speed swap and leave with some dignity left

He doesn't want to say, and he is right to do so.
                                OP,
Most corporations or franchises are required to post certain things for their employees to see and utilize.
                                1. First aid and emergency instructions
                                2. Numbers and contact info to human resources
                                3. Profits and earnings

Go to the parent companies website and see what you can see.
Also, DOCUMENT everything that is said to you with dates and times. If you're feeling like you are being verbally abused in the workplace, that can in turn hinder your ability to do your job consistently and correctly out of fear of abusive or demeaning comments. If you have written documentation of what was said to you with dates and times, when and if this comes to a head, you can provide instances of mis-management. You word against theirs seems hopeless until you present them with documentation of what happened during shifts. Even if they say you were lying, usually when an employee goes to great lengths to document such instances prior to a meeting, it means something is wrong. Just because you are in high school or college doesn't mean you, yourself aren't protected by a corporation's fair workplace initiative (which most have).
If you don't feel like doing this, find another job. But keep in mind, if you leave, she will likely take advantage of someone else, and it is partly your responsibility to make sure she doesn't, or gets the proper training to manage effectively.
                                Gl!
                                Yours truly,
                                Rich
