I used to have a problem with my back "going out"several times each year. Eventually, I started doing squats, starting with low weights and working up, and haven't had such problems for years.
Anyone here mess up their spine?

a particularly robust tendon tore a sliver of bone off of my pelvis when i was 15. there's no real way to reattach that without drastic surgery, so it healed on it's own accord. ever since then i've been in some sort of discomfort/misaligned posture.
for a brief period (the past 3-4 months), i wasn't in nearly as much pain daily.. though pain is a very drastic word to use. i need to figure out what i was doing differently, because now i'm back to my old twisted aching self.Comment

Any of you guys do inversion therapy? Got an in version table 4 years ago and I love it. Especially if I can get my back to pop.....hurts for a split second but is instant relief when it 'lets go'.'87 325ic, powered by S50.Comment

I suppose it needs to be for specific applications/treatments.
It's exactly what I feel that needs to happen. I need a good solid "pop or click" in my back and I would feel if be straight again. Feels like I dislocated my whole lower back. Physio says its the bulge....Originally posted by flyboyxi have watched my dog lick himself off a few timesComment

Update on this.
Not entirely out of the woods, but back much better. 70% better.
Physio works, and knowing limits.
There is hope for sure.
No biking for me this season, but I have a lifetime to catch up.
Now to work on healing my nards...

Back pain can radiate into the testes. Maybe there is at least some connection between the two problems you are having. Did you mention the epididimitis to the physiotherapist?1990 Alpine 325iC.Comment
