Salt and terrible noodles are the reason for your depression.

In school it was Chicken top Ramen.

Cook the noodles, don't add the sauce packet.
Drain most if not all the water.
Add sauce packet and about 1/4 cup of milk.
Take a hand full of Saltine Crackers and smash them up in your hands, add to the noodles.
              Stir.
              Enjoy.

              Carb-o-licious.

add enough water to barely cover the noodles. add sauce pack, egg, spinach, enjoy.

Thats my usual standby in the USA for ramen, and available at most korean stores on the east coast. Its not 10 cents a package. Prices have gone up and now its probably $14-17 for a 20 pack.

My favorite ramen is probably tonkotsu (pork broth), but I have to make the pork broth at home.

                          Lol.

Yeah I almost always get the asian ones too, but creamy chicken top ramen are the bee's knees

Definitely the chicken kind, but you gotta make em like I do otherwise they're garbage.

Step 1: Buy several packs of chicken flavored ramen and one roasting chicken
Step 2: Season chicken however you wish, place into oven at 375f and roast for
about 45 minutes or until internal temperature reads appropriately
Step 3: Place ramen, salt, water in large pot and boil until tenderness you desire
is reached (ideally time this so it is ready at the same time as the
                            chicken)
Step 4: Add spices to ramen and remove chicken from oven, proceed to throw
out the ramen and eat the chicken. This last part will be tricky, but it's
a part of overcoming your stoner ways.
