    Forza 4 Drivers' Challenge #19

So I was inspired by some of the cars at Mosport this weekend, and I think this week will be Trans Am Week!! You can use any car that participated in the Trans Am, but it cannot exceed A class. To keep the American theme going, our track will be the Indianapolis GP Circuit. I'm curious to see if this works at all!

Plus I know Alfa had some GTVs early on.

      My first flying lap:

It's called a Trans Am, so it must count right?

I set a lap with the Javelin too, just in case the Pontiac is sketchy.

Hmm Ill throw some cars together tonight. I had a dodge dart in A class already. I ran it once and its not far off your time.
I guess the think that makes me laugh is the motor sizes will be wrong. All the camaros and such were 5 liter cars.........

Hmm...it looks like this might be fizzling out a bit. :(

Gahhhhh I couldn't beat it! I tried... but I hate how easy it is to trip the off track exclamation mark on this circuit... a wheel off the curbing in the wrong place is all it needs :( !

This was my best in the Javelin:

                        Not bad!

So I have a more E30-relevant idea for the next challenge...let's see if it helps at all.

I hope not! I try the challenges every week, but I've been trying to wrap up my turbo build, so I usually don't get to them until Sunday.

In the end, it wasn't meant for me this week. I tried the Cougar, which wasn't too bad. Easy 1:34s without any changes to my initial build or tuning. Then, I tried the '70 Mustang. I was hoping the extra horsepower from a modern GT500 powerplant would give good results, but it's brakes were seriously lacking. It made it very difficult to stay on the track in the first corner.
