Nuts, no more entries. Should be a fun one this week! Too bad I'll be spending most of it on the road...

Since high blood sugar won't let me sleep, might as well post some times I did when we got home.

First off, decided to see how useless the Nissan Leaf would be maxed out (521), but it was surprisingly fast:

    0:57.510

That inspired me to give the Prius, one of my least favorite cars ever, a shot:

    0:55.265

It could have gone a lot faster, but there are no adjustable gear ratios so I was stuck with effectively a four-speed.

Finally though, I got that tree-hugger crap out of the way and went full dino:

    0:54.889

I'd like to avoid it, if I can. The CTR seems to be a decidedly fast A-Class car. I have a couple potential choices in mind.

If I get another chance to race (at NJMP for the weekend), I vow to combat the Civic hordes.

I was able to run a couple 55.6xx but I didn't bother taking a pic. I want to try a ground-up setup. The Civic Type R seems to be a go-to choice.

I've been so slow the last 2 weeks I haven't up loaded my times, but this one was a bit better.

    58.082 in a Prius

and 55.373 in a Honda Civic

As a side note, I have an idea/suggestion for next week's challenge; it might be good for a few even.

Here's my first attempt. I felt this was the most obvious first choice for a car...

    0:55.550

Also, bonus points for palindrome time?

Ugh, sorry for the late post again...it's busy season for the racing schedule.

This week is all Eastern! Your car must be Japanese, must start and remain front wheel drive, and must not exceed A class! Our track this week is Suzuka East! I just love me those esses.... Good luck!

And to clarify, this challenge will continue until midnight on Sunday!

    Standings:

    1) ELVA164 - 0:54.889
    2) blasphemy101 - 0:55.255
    3) 318kid - 0:55.373
