As far as the car stuff goes...I know how you feel about the rust. My old '02 was the same way and it broke my heart because the car was so awesome mechanically. I knew I didn't have the time/funds to fix what rust there was, and it forced me to sell the car. As far as the dome light holders, I know they come off because I replaced them on my car. A PO had not only broken both of them, he had jammed the lights up into the headliner and told me the radio installers cut the wires and that's why they didn't work. Turns out he just busted up the connectors to the point of inoperation.
