HALP with no start, need to drive to wedding today!

So the ol' e30 doesn't want to run without me holding open the throttle. I get a 1262 code, idle speed actuator. The ICV buzzes and will snap shut when I key the ignition. Does anyone have a recommendation for how to bypass it?

I was thinking of plugging the holes with quarters and adjusting the throttle stop so it wouldnt stall when I come to a stop or put in the clutch. Thoughts? I gotta drive 100 miles up I-95, so I can't have it stalling if I hit traffic. I just need to get "home" to the garage and tools.

So a quarter with a 1/8" hole will keep it from stalling, but ill have unmetered air entering all the way home. Crossing my fingers.

Anybody have any idea what would cause this? This is a BOSCH ICV thats like 2 years old at the max.

Just to be clear, its not MY wedding.

Remember now, the M3 is a legendary race car that is based around the E30 chassis.

              Drive accordingly.
