Whoever built that tank is in for a treat.
Should have had a relief valve, and a blast disc to prevent this.
Or maybe it was rigged for teh insurance moneys?

I doubt it, unless it was declared to them, which there is very little chance of. I read that story on Jalopnik a couple weeks ago or so.
