My iphone is thiner then my brother's iphone 4s with it on and it provides a very small front lip so the screen wont crack if it lands flat. (my iphone 4 downfall)

Only used one on my previous iPhone 4 when I would go running.

On my Galaxy S4 I got a CellTO leather tri fold case and I actually really like it. I'm surprised how useful its been.

With that said, I take excellent care of everything I own and have never dropped or damaged a phone before.

iPhone 4 since launch without a case. No cracks, just a couple minor nicks.

I don't use one, then again I can afford AND repair my own iPhone if it ever cracks. Screens are as cheap as $25 on eBay and $5 for a new back. If your carful you'll never need to spend that money either.
