Up till I saw my first e30 M3, a Jaguar E-type was the winner, followed by an Alfa Romeo GTV following my seeing the car that would eventually become mine. The Ferrari F40 was kinda cool but it didn't really grow on me till more recently.

ITT we tell how old everyone is.

The first automotive memory I have is seeing a purple Lamborghini Diablo roadster on the cover of Road&Track at my grandparents house and telling my grandma that I was going to buy it when I grew up. Then I played Gran Turismo 2 at my friends house and found a Lotus Esprit and thought it was the perfect looking car. That game really introduced me to how many different car companies there were that you never hear of and I've been hooked since.

I've always had a thing for the 1980 Mercedes-Benz 300CD Turbo diesel coupe. For my 11th birthday, my Dad wrapped up one of their tan colored hub caps and gave it to me as a present. He also placed it with a note saying to work hard and one day the rest of the car will present itself. I still have that hubcap today hanging in my garage! As for a first BMW love...it was an E21 320i in INKA orange. My next door neighbor's son had one. I remember being caught a few times looking inside. It was always worth the "hey...get away from the car" just to be near that sexy beast!

Jaguar XKSS by a mile or more. Still love it, but gained more dream cars as my knowledge increased. Knowledge also tainted my image of a lot of them...

When I was a kid, I always wanted this car here, A yellow 3rd gen IROC-Z Camaro

But later in my early teen years, I discovered the 69 Rambler SC/Hurst. And this car has been my dream car since then. I'm now 34.

That or people are ashamed of their childhood fantasy cars and are resorting to highschool/earlyadulthood lol

Personally, countach and vector twin turbo were the coolest looking cars from my 'how to draw cars' coloring book. After that, I discovered need for speed porch unleashed and wanted all of them, literally.

While browsing office depot with my dad one day I came across Sega GT and that opened the door to a bunch of car companies and cars I had never heard of. The dodge viper gtsr and renault Clio RS v6 ended up being 2 of my favorite cars.
