    Mothballing your E30 outdoors

Any of you guys currently doing this/ever do this?
I am about to do this with my car for the next two years.
How do you guys do it? Disconnect the battery, car covers?

Up till now, whenever I needed to store my car, I'd do it at one of my relatives' vacant properties.
I'm planning on storing it in one of my relatives' HOA communities, but it will be outdoors.
I plan on dusting it off at every chance I get (every winter & summer vacation) from school.

I really wish I could leave it indoors somewhere, but my parents' house is full and constantly under construction (s/o to the nazi HOA) :hitler:

    Would appreciate all tips. Cheers!

Disconnect the battery, mount some shitty tires on it (especially if it's sitting 6+ months without moving) and toss a windshield cover in to keep the interior from baking.

battery, cover, fill up the gas and add a fuel stabilizer. the less room there is in the tank for the fuel vapors to expand the better. oh and shitty tires unless you want flatspots.

I'd run the car for a bit after the fuel stabilizer is in there to make sure it gets into the lines and injectors. Don't want those gumming up.

Shitty tires, a wash and a some fuel. I find if I cover cars I tend to ignore them so I keep them uncovered and accessible and try to run and drive then up and down my driveway every month or so.
