    14point7.com

So I ordered a Lambda wide band o2 sensor for a megasqurit set up on about the 2nd of September. A friend recommended that they made good stuff.

Payed $109 for the part and anther $10 for shipping via the paypal checkout that was set up.

Got a receipt from Paypal but nothing from 14point7.com. Wasn't super worried about it. After 5 (business) days I still hadn't gotten any email or phone call from them stating that they had even received my order let alone that it shipped. So I sent them an email inquiring about any information about my order and when it might ship.

    Didn't get a response.

Today finally I got an email that it had shipped, and it was going to be an additional 5-10 days for it to get to me. The email wasn't even from 14.7 it was from paypal. I'm guessing this is on the 10 day side since I live in Idaho and its coming from Eastern Canada.

I'm quite frustrated about the communication ability of this company. I think within 13 days of an order is plenty of time to get an order shipped, and if its back stocked, or for whatever reason there is an issue you should be able to call the customer, or at least email them, or hell even email them back.

I don't know, maybe i'm being too picky of a consumer but Its frustrating, I get things from China on a container ship faster.

14point7.com is a one man operation out of Toronto I think. The guy is an engineer that does this on the side. He offers the best price you can find on a WBO2 setup and its damned reliable. Yes, his shipping is slow sometimes but its well worth it. I've bought 2 setups from him for my MSQ builds. They both worked flawlessly for years. If you are really concerned about receiving your order, post a message on his forum.

If you buy the innovate plug/wiring the WB02 they use with it is the same as a vw bug turbo. My "WB02" cost 45 bucks at napa - it's a Bosch part.

That's what i've heard. I don't mind that its going to take a while, it would just be nice to know that. A little communication goes a long way.
